Thanks to the wonderful team at Predictum Inc, its designers, and developers. We have arrived to a fully fleshed out product. So this CoBaseKRM as a starting point as JMP Add-on application. So early on I decided to learned about Figma and interviewed customers, the earliest sketches of CoBaseKRM were just trying to capture what users value of a potential system that could them help manage data.
Since leading and collaborating with Predictum I have help the product development for
- Uploading Data
- Project Management
- Data Governance Feature
- User Access Management
- Search Features
- Network Knowledge Map or the “Network Map”
The Network map was feature I developed interviewing Pharmaceutical customers observing how users used Execl they tend to create spreadsheet after spreadsheet. This leads to disorganizing most pharmaceutical track experiments/results via batch ID or custom ID NAME_ID or PRODUCT_ID to create this chain of experiments researchers can track back, this ultimately not perfect solutions but the industry still does this to manage projects and excel generates unstructured.
How did CoBaseKRM Start? when I originally came to the project?
The Original CoBase – 2021
When I joined Predictum the Original CoBase was a JMP add-on purchased to validate the column headers on upload to a database.

I utilized my skills in facilitations I was trained as facilitator to apply active listening skills at World in Conversations. I realized the same problems researchers were having resemble issues sale people had before CRM.
So I came up with Knowledge relationship management or KRM as change in the brand to become a framework for people to easily adopt just like CRM. Making similar acronym to CRM was a way for customers to associate KRM with CRM as it had similar design. Some of the earliest users of CoBaseKRM really appreciate that ease of use and user adoption that KRM provides for users.
